The 1 on 1 Personal Training remote package is designed to help you reach specific, individualized goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or get in shape for recreational sports, our team of certified professionals is there to help you every step of the way. From tailored stretching plans, to individualized workout programs, to cardio routines, we’ve got you covered! We’re here to help you each and every step of the way – no more “I can’t stay consistent”, our coaches communicate with you daily to ensure you’re staying on track. We’re not a step challenge, we’re not a one-size-fits-all program, and we’re not an automated business, we’re REAL people trying to help you get REAL results!

30 Minute Consultation

Enjoy a free 30-minute consultation call with one of our personal trainers to help you get a better understanding of the program and so they can get a better understanding on how they can serve you.

Individualized Workout Plan

Get a completely tailored workout done by our personal trainer to meet your specific needs. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve mobility, all of our trainers are professionally certified to make it happen for you. Don’t have access to a gym? No problem, we can design you a plan for home

Access to our Slainte App

The Slainte app is designed to hold all of your workouts and meals, creating convenience for the user and efficiency for the coaches. Each exercise comes with videos explaining how to correctly perform the exercise.

Daily contact and reminders

Our coaches will be doing everything they can to ensure you are progressing through accountability. Every day you will be reminded of your workouts and every Wednesday/Saturday you will be reminded to log your weight into the app. If you ever have any questions, you can always contact your coach!

Weekly Check-In Meeting With Personal Trainer

Each week you will have a check-in call with your trainer. These calls are designed to review your last week and create a plan of action to progress the following week. It is important to attend these meetings because it also adds an extra layer of accountability.

Continuous Improvement Tracking

We ensure that you will be improving every step of the way. You will have the ability to track the amount of reps, sets, and weight you do on every single exercise!
